FRP water pipe

FRP water pipe is specially produced by resin and fiberglass by filament winding. It needs remove foam treatment during internal layer producing, and filament winding according to designed thickness and size after internal layer reinforced, then coated outer protection layer. It is an advance light, high strength and corrosion resistant composites pipe. 

Characteristics

1. It has excellent physical properties, and it still an excellent electronic insulator. 

2. Corrosion resistant, suitable for transport acid, alkali, brine and other organic solvent. 

3. Inner surface is smoothly, it is an excellent way for conveying water, and can reduce investment, cost and energy. 

4. The length is longer than cement and iron pipe, so the unit joint is less, and that can reduce the cost on fix and maintenance.

5. It is easy to design and amend period is much shorter.
